Sigma Youth Symposium 2026

The Sigma Youth Symposium is an annual service initiative by Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. held globally  in March, to address critical issues affecting youth through workshops, speakers, and community engagement, providing support and positive development opportunities for middle and high school students.  On Saturday, March 7, 2026, we will  host our Sigma Youth Symposium at North Central High School from 10am to 1pm. We will host a panel discussion, breakout sessions and a career fair. Featuring music from DJ Tang

This year’s event goals include: 

• Increasing career awareness for people of color in the Indianapolis community

• Educating scholars on the relationship between school work and a successful professional career

• Understanding  the importance of community building and how the work relates to the needs of society

• Discussing the importance of personal responsibility, networking  and the benefits of educational achievement
