Liability Waiver & Release Form

As a registered participant in the 2024-2025 Chapter Retreat sponsored by Alpha Sigma Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. to be held on January 11, 2025, I understand and agree that I and on behalf of myself, my heirs, assigns and all other persons or entities claiming by, under or through me, represents covenants and agrees that I am participating in this event on my own free will and accord and that I will not hold or seek to hold the Alpha Sigma Chapter, nor Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. its officers, directors, regions, chapters, members, affiliates, employees, agents, insurer(s) or representatives responsible for any liability for bodily injury, property damage, medical expense or other loss that may arise from my participation or my participation in this event.

I further understand and agree, and have no expectation that the Alpha Sigma chapter or Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. will provide any form of security or other measure of safeguarding for this event, as there is no reasonable expectation that such will be necessary. I further understand and agree that this event is considered a “no-fault” event by me, as well as the Alpha Sigma chapter and Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and in the event of bodily injury, property damage, necessity of medical expenses or other loss, I agree to incur my own expenses without input or participation from the Alpha Sigma Chapter, Aor Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc., or its insurer(s).
