2020 Alpha Sigma Youth Symposium

On March 28, 2020, the last Saturday of March, Central Region chapters of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. will host our annual Youth Symposium.  

The 2020 Youth Symposium theme is “Elevating Our Youth: Civically, Socially, and Physically” and the goals of this year’s theme include providing critical information and resources for navigating skill development, career exploration and job readiness and facilitating and opportunity for youth attendees an opportunity to give back to their communities through service. 

Community leaders will facilitate workshops will focus on informing youth (ages 8-18) about the importance of managing self-confidence, career exploration, job readiness, social media do’s and dont’s, financial literacy and mentorship.
