Building strong leadership… Starts with strong nominations.

Sorors,

Strong leadership does not happen by chance, It begins with a fair, intentional, and transparent nominations process.

I am humbly seeking your support for the position of Nominations Committee Chair. With proven leadership experience, organizational strength, and a deep commitment to Alpha Sigma Chapter, I am prepared to lead a process that reflects the excellence and standards of our sisterhood.

If elected, I will work to ensure that every nominee is evaluated with integrity, consistency, and in alignment with established qualifications. My goal is to provide a process that is organized, transparent, and worthy of the trust of this chapter. Together, we can continue building a strong future by starting with strong nominations.

Thank you for your consideration, support, and sisterhood.

Respectfully,

Greetings Sorors!

I submit to you the breakdown of the three pillars of my platform. Stronger Together: Reconnecting, Rebuilding, and Rising. I have had the opportunity to listen to many of you, my chapter sorors, and I have heard your concerns. I built this platform based on these conversations because it's a collective effort. I understand the work that lies ahead and I am prepared to work together to continue our legacy as the Chapter of Champions. I look forward to engaging with you all during our candidates forum 💙💛

Dear Alpha Sigma Chapter Sorors,

My name is Tonya Willis.  I am a native of South Bend, IN. In 2001, Alpha Sigma became my home chapter. From day one I was encouraged to lead.  It is with great honor that I am running as a candidate for Alpha Sigma chapter’s Nominations Chair for the 2026 - 2028 term.

For more than two decades I have had the privilege of leadership experience as a member of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. and my most recent experience as a member of the Nomination Committee, I bring both knowledge and a current understanding of our chapter’s evolving needs.
