I am excited to share my intention to serve as an advisor to our Bold & Beautiful Beta Beta undergraduate chapter. Grounded in the belief that strong guidance, meaningful connection, and intentional development are essential to the continued success of our sisterhood.
My approach is rooted in the principle: Advising with Purpose. Leading with Impact. Staying READY.
Through this lens, I am committed to ensuring the chapter is READY:
R – Rebuild Relationships: Strengthening trust, communication, and connection between advisors and undergraduates, and within the chapter as a whole.
E – Elevate Engagement: Encouraging active participation, collaboration, and a deeper sense of belonging.
A – Advise with Accountability: Providing consistent support while upholding standards that promote excellence and integrity.
D – Develop Leaders: Creating intentional opportunities for training, mentorship, and leadership growth.
Y – Yield Lasting Impact: Building sustainable practices that will benefit the chapter for years to come.
I believe advising is not about oversight alone, but about partnership—meeting our undergraduate members where they are, while helping guide them to where they aspire to be. My goal is to support the cultivation of confident, capable leaders who feel empowered, prepared, and connected to the legacy they represent.
