Thank you for participating in the candidates forum last night. I know that you were able to answer some questions last night. When you have a moment, can you please answer some of the questions below.
What is your plan for retention and reactivation? How will you lead the chapter in these efforts?
In this position what do you see as: strengths, weaknesses, opportunities for improvements and threats?
How will you work to address member-focused concerns?
How do you handle conflict, feedback and a difference of opinion? In this position, you cannot operate based on feelings.
The chapter is expecting you to be our eyes and ears, report back to us. How will you practice transparency and updating us on: recruitment efforts and membership concerns?
If Intake happens, how will you lead and foster a positive environment with the line and or work to address internal conflict that arises?
How do you yield or compromise when your views maybe different?
How will you work with the Epistoleus to highlight membership accomplishments and Soror recognition (example: welcome home sorors post or congratulations on becoming a life member)
How will you put the mission of the sorority before your own opinions and operate in what’s best for the chapter?
